Application Deadline and Fees
Complete an Online Application for your child here.
Please submit the 2021-2022 application by January 8, 2021.
A non-refundable Application Fee of $100 must be submitted with the completed Application for Admission.
Submit Records Release Form to Current School
Please submit the Records Release Form to your child’s current school, and the school will forward your child’s records to the Office of Admission. The records are due January 22, 2021.

Submit Teacher Evaluation Forms to Current Teachers
Please submit the appropriate form to your child’s current English and Math teachers to be completed and returned directly to the Lakehill Office of Admission by January 22, 2021.

Students are asked to answer several questions about themselves and their involvement at their current school and in their community. You may scan and email the form back to email@example.com or place it in the mail. The Questionnaire is due January 22, 2021.
Attend a Student Visit
Once the online application has been submitted, students are invited to attend a classroom visit as part of the admission process. Parents will be contacted by the Office of Admission to schedule a visit. A host student will accompany each visitor. A complimentary student lunch is available in the school cafeteria, or students may bring a lunch from home. Students are asked to follow the Lakehill dress code.
Admission testing information will be available at a later date.
Decision letters will be mailed and an email will be sent on March 12, 2021.
Contracts for new students are due March 26, 2021. A non-refundable $1,000 tuition deposit and a non-refundable $500 new student fee are due with the contract.
