Step One – Application Deadline and Fees
A non-refundable Application Fee of $100 must be submitted with the completed Application for Admission.
Step Two – Submit Records Release Form to current school
Please submit the Records Release Form to your child’s current school, and the school will forward your child’s records to the Office of Admission.

Step Three – Submit Teacher Evaluation Forms to current teachers
Please submit the appropriate form to your child’s current English and Math teachers to be completed and returned directly to the Lakehill Office of Admission.

Step Four – Student Questionnaire
Download the Student Questionnaire here. Students are asked to answer several questions about themselves and their involvement at their current school and in their community. You may scan and email the form back to firstname.lastname@example.org or place it in the mail.

Step Six – Attend a Student Visit
Once the online application has been submitted, students are invited to attend a classroom visit as part of the admission process. Parents will be contacted by the Office of Admission to schedule a visit. A host student will accompany each visitor. A complimentary student lunch is available in the school cafeteria, or students may bring a lunch from home. Students are asked to follow the Lakehill dress code.
Step Seven – Admission Testing
Contact the Office of Admission to schedule Admission Testing. As an alternative, students may take the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) at a designated site and have their results forwarded to Lakehill. Please indicate your choice on the Admission Test Registration Form. The Lakehill Code is 441761 when registering for the ISEE Admission Exam.
Step Eight – Admission Decisions
Decision letters will be mailed and an email will be sent on March 8, 2019.
Contracts for new students are due March 22, 2019. A non-refundable $1,000 tuition deposit and a non-refundable $500 new student fee are due with the contract.
