Thank you for considering Lakehill Preparatory School for your child. For most families, investing in a private school education requires careful financial planning. As you will learn through the admissions process, a Lakehill education is a solid investment in your child’s future.
Talented teachers, high academic standards, and the development of leadership skills in a challenging and nurturing environment, are hallmarks of a Lakehill education. Nearly 70% of the Lakehill Class of 2019 received academic merit scholarships for college, with an average of $180,000 per student.
2020-21 Tuition Adjustment
Based on our dedication to families with young children, Lakehill Preparatory School has adjusted the 2020-2021 tuition for students entering kindergarten and first grade to $12,000 and $15,000, respectively, This reduction reflects our commitment to making the Lakehill experience more accessible to young families. Tuition for grades 2-12 will be set in January.

The tuition schedule is published each February for the following year. Tuition does not include the application fee, enrollment fee, or any additional fees. Tuition may be paid in full by the date indicated on the contract or in monthly installments with interest. A 5% family discount is available for younger siblings.
A non-refundable application fee of $100 is due with the Application for Admission.
Enrollment Fee and Tuition Deposit:
A non-refundable new student enrollment fee of $500 and a non-refundable tuition deposit of $1,000 is due by the date indicated on the enrollment contract. The $1,000 tuition deposit is credited to the annual tuition.
Textbook cost is not included in tuition and varies depending on grade and course selections. Books may be purchased online here.
Students entering Grades 5-6 are required to purchase PE Uniforms online beginning in June through the Parent Faculty Club.
Students participating in any optional, extracurricular travel offerings will be responsible for their own expenses. Information regarding such trips will be sent to parents. Co-curricular trips, such as Middle School Adventure Week and the Upper School Biology Trip, are included with tuition.
School supplies for students in Kindergarten through Grade 8 may be purchased online during the summer through the Parent Faculty Club.
