After School Care Program

The After School Care Program (ASC) is a supervised time for children every regularly scheduled school day until 5:45 p.m. The purpose of this program is to provide a safe, fun, flexible, and well-staffed environment for students who need to stay on campus past dismissal time. Students will have the opportunity to eat a snack, which they should bring from home. Students are also able to work on homework, play board games, play on the playground, organize ball games, or just rest and relax. Aftercare is held outdoors, weather permitting, but if indoors, quiet activities or appropriate videos will be provided.

The flat fee for this program is $20 per day if a student is picked up between 4-5:45 p.m. There is no After Care on Early Release/Staff Development Days. Students who remain after their scheduled participation in after-school activities such as athletics, clubs, or tutoring will also be checked into the ASC if not picked up in a timely manner. Students who are consistently picked up late will be required to make alternative after-school arrangements.

Monthly statements based on attendance will be mailed at the end of the month, payable upon receipt. Monthly statements showing a delinquent balance of $50 or more will be charged a 3% late fee and will be subject to not having access to the program if outstanding payments occur over multiple months.
