Summer at Lakehill is back!
Registrations will go live on Friday, February 21 at 6 p.m.
This year, our teachers have rolled out some brand new camps for every imaginable interest. “Hook, Line, and Sinker” takes kids to the Environmental Science Center to learn essential fishing skills at our pond. “Cheat Code–Retro Video Gaming” takes campers through the entire history of video gaming from the 70s to modern times with new consoles and games to play daily. “The Chicken and the Egg” explores the entire life cycle of the chicken, giving campers a chance to experience every stage of egg growth and to learn how to care for our feathery friends. “Welcome to Camp Half-Blood” celebrates the world of Percy Jackson and greek mythology with games and activities to worthy of the gods! Lakehill students have found a love of crochet this year, and “Strung Together” and “Simply Stitchery” bring the fun to Summer at Lakehill, too! There truly is something for everyone!
Of course, we couldn’t forget our returning favorites. Our teachers are busy planning fresh activities, recipes, and projects for every interest. Dive into the culinary world with cooking camps like “Sweet Summer Treats,” Character Cooking,” and “Flavorful French Pastries.” Sports enthusiasts will find their place with offerings in Baseball, Volleyball, Soccer, Basketball, Cheer, and more. Back by popular demand are Community Connections, Magic: The Gathering, LEGO Engineering, Dungeons and Dragons, Pokemon camps, Makerspace, and a myriad of other crafty, sciency, and sporty camps that make Summer at Lakehill so special.
