Lakehill currently pays 100% of full-time employees’ individual premiums for PPO Health, Dental, and Vision insurance. Coverage for family members may be obtained at the employee’s cost through a pre-tax payroll deduction. Lakehill also pays 100% of Group Term Life and Long-Term Disability insurance for full-time employees. Additional Supplemental Life and Short-Term Disability are also available through payroll deduction. We also offer Medical and Dependent Care FSA accounts.

Lakehill offers full-time employees a retirement plan through TIAA which includes up to a 3% match based on employee contribution. Vesting is 100% vested in this plan from Day One.

Lakehill generously contributes to full-time employee’s professional development costs, subject to approval and availability of budgeted funds, which are reviewed annually.

In addition to numerous School Holidays (check our calendar!), Lakehill currently offers a favorable PTO plan to full-time employees which includes the option to bank or cash out unused days each year.

The children of full-time employees who attend Lakehill automatically receive 50% tuition remission and are welcome to apply for financial aid as well. Also, employees’ children who attend Lakehill may attend the After School Care program free of charge.

Lakehill Preparatory School is a TAPPS 3A college preparatory school located in the heart of Lakewood, East Dallas. The coaching position can be part-time, stipend-only positions, or paired with a full-time teaching position. Must have or be willing to obtain a CDL bus license.
