Volunteering

Volunteering at Lakehill

Lakehill Preparatory School’s success is largely due to the extraordinary alumni, parents, and friends who volunteer to support events and programs throughout the school. From coordinating a reunion to raising donations for Annual Fund, our volunteers are critical participants in the life of our school.

Available opportunities include:

Warrior Fund Parent Grade Representative: As a Warrior Fund Parent Grade Representative, you will be assigned to contact up to twenty-forty parents from your child’s class to raise financial support for Warrior Fund. During the remainder of the year, additional follow-up calls may be necessary.

Parent Organization: The Lakehill Parent Faculty Club(PFC) is a parent volunteer organization. The PFC provides incredible support by donating their time, talents, and resources to virtually every aspect of our school throughout the year. It is extremely important to Lakehill that the fundraising efforts of the PFC be successful.

  • Dad’s Club: The Dad’s Club hosts several community service events as well as meet-ups throughout the school year. A great way for dads to build community at Lakehill.
  • Auction: The Auction is a Gala Event in the spring that provides a majority of the money that the PFC gives each year to support the school.
  • Trek for Tech: The group has two large-scale fundraisers each year. Trek-for-Tech is a fun run and sanctioned 5K in the fall that raises money to provide for our school’s technology needs.
